Text Message Consent

Text message consent is collected in one place: the consultation form on our contact page at https://mysticaccounting.com/contact/. The form is embedded on that page from our customer management software. It asks for a mobile number and shows two optional checkboxes. Both are unchecked until the visitor ticks them, and each one is a separate consent.

Sending the form without ticking a box does not sign anyone up for texts. Only people who tick the second box receive promotional texts. Each opt-in is stored with the exact wording shown, the time, the IP address, and the page.

Box 1, texts about your inquiry and account. Unchecked by default.

Texts are sent from (850) 706-1040 by our staff and automated workflows in our customer management software. Box 1 covers replies to your inquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, document requests, and account updates such as filing status and billing notices. Box 2 adds occasional offers, tax season and deadline reminders, newsletters, and review requests.

Reply STOP to opt out. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and nothing further unless you opt in again. Reply START to (850) 706-1040 to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@mysticaccounting.com or (850) 706-1040.
