Professional services begin only after MystiC Accounting and the client agree to the scope, responsibilities, fees, deadlines, and required documentation for the engagement.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate records, reviewing deliverables, responding to requests, and approving filings, payroll, reports, or other work in time to meet applicable deadlines.

Do not send highly sensitive tax, payroll, bank, identity, or financial documents through ordinary website forms unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Program name: MYSTIC ACCOUNTING, LLC text messages. Texts are sent from our customer management software by our staff and automated workflows. If you tick the optional text message box on our contact form, MYSTIC ACCOUNTING, LLC will text you about your inquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, document requests, and account updates. If you also tick the separate promotional box, we may text you occasional offers, tax season and deadline reminders, newsletters, and review requests. If you text us first, we reply to your message. After you opt in, we send one text confirming what you signed up for.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@mysticaccounting.com or (850) 706-1040.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text message consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service. Agreeing to promotional texts is not required to buy anything. After you reply STOP, we may send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will get no further texts unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START to (850) 706-1040.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information, including your mobile number and text message consent.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this website is the version currently in effect for website and inquiry use.
